Hermès has an amazing culture, it is a fun, creative and honest company to work for. They have a very good employee retaining rate -at least in Australia- and you truly learn the value of quality, history, and long lasting impact.

Cons

Giving that sales associates are the face of Hermès, salaries should be more competitive and the commission scheme more generous.
