Pros

Over my 40 year career, I have never had the pleasure of working for someone as much as I have as the owner of the Naples Hermes store. This is a franchised store where the owner takes great care of her employees and store. I have been at this store for two years now. You cannot find a better retail job in Naples than this store. Staff is treated as a close knit family. Attention is paid to our clients' needs and wants. We try to treat every customer that walks through our doors with the uptmost care and respect.

Cons

Summer times are tough due to the Naples environment but that is when other tasks take place and improvements are made.

Pros

the quality is second to none. You can purchase items at a generous discount. the training is fairly good but inconsistent as well.

Cons

there is not a clear way to further yourself in the company. the managers and corporate definitely separate themselves from the 'common folk" with their obvious class system.

Pros

Beautiful product, rich history, an honor to hold a position within a luxury fashion house with such heritage, opportunities to learn and travel (if your manager likes you)

Cons

Management needs to be reevaluated and trained; you will experience harassment, including manipulation, favoritism, gossip, PTSD from profane language, bullying, and name-calling. Extremely petty, back-stabbing environment, manager would proudly gossip about other managers, and sales team, and clients during meetings. Do not report to HR; the company is private and will force you out or fire you. Not worth it due to low pay compared to other houses like LV, Chanel, and Coach. The discount is terrible, a cheap company considering the product you sell and interact with you can not afford. Bonus is given immediately following an online timed sale full of junk and dead stock.
