Excellent craftsmanship and product quality. Competitive salary and benefits (shares)

Cons

European Management’s strong belief in changing managing approach. Loosing the hermès family touch of humanity. Becomes more and more political and less authentic. Empathy is used as image-tool nothing more. Colleagues of mine “disappeared” out of a sudden all over EMEA Network.They establish a culture of fear and distrust.
