Travailler pour une belle maison Investissements et participations annuels Participation à des évènements intéressants Bonne couverture maladie 13 ème mois

Cons

Il y a beaucoup d'atouts à travailler pour Hermès mais en contrepartie il y a beaucoup de pression sur les artisans pour travailler vite et sans erreurs. Pas mal de départ à cause de la pression et de la mauvaise ambiance. Le temps de formation (et donc d'embauche) peut aller jusqu'à 24 mois.
