      Opportunity to grow a team and develop a career path, internal promotion, freedom to make decisions with full support of Parisian Management, communication business plan presentation to executive committee twice a year, regular training given to the employees on product management and heritage & maison history.

      Absolutely amazing experience, learned a geat deal, met some very interesting people and developed alot of life skills

      Pros

      Great financial benefits (if you're great at your job): bonus+sales incentives+base salary. Not to mention the fabulous discounted merchandise we were allowed to purchase at staff sales.

      Cons

      I would have liked to grow and pursue a career with the company and it was not possible at the time.
