Pros

World-renowned for the finest luxury goods, Hermès offers a first class work environment in terms of competitive salary and benefits. All employees are treated respectfully by management, regardless of position. Although they demand the highest standards, there is still a warm family atmosphere. It is a privilege to own an Hermès product, and it is a privilege to be a part of the Hermès organization.

Cons

The customers can be demanding and unreasonable at times, but the vast majority are lovely. Change, especially in technology, comes slowly to Hermès, and many competitors are ahead in ways of communicating with clients.

Pros

The pay is better than at most luxury boutiques and the traffic flow is low because the products are very expensive. The bread and butter of the brand are Birkins and Kelly bags. Customers in general are polite and respectful.

Cons

In the summer there are days when we see one or two customers walk in so it can be very boring. The worst thing about this store is that it is a franchise and there is no one to talk to as an employee when things go wrong. The management is dictatorial, narrow minded and mean spirited.
