Pros

Great Co-Workers, friendly and cooperative - Questionable HLE Management. Mediocre at best.

Cons

Have any other PART-TIME DRIVERS / TRANSPORTERS been approached by attorneys to find out if you have been used as a UTILITY WORKER, while still being paid a DRIVER-TRANSPORTER wage from $2.00 to $3.00 less ? ? There are other matters of HLE managers not taking responsibility and making drivers pay for tickets when the actual HLE manager was at fault. This might take longer to explain than there is room here to explain. Enough said?

Great opportunity to make nice commission isnthey wouldn't stop changing the rules

Cons

This company changes their strategy way too often.. make a plan and stick with it for more then a few months. It's starts at the top and the austin city manager doesn't lead. He talks nearly about other managers and employees to other hourly and salaried staff.
