Over worked and under paid.

Pros

Managers get company car. Pick out brand new car every day.

Cons

Some cars are off limits. Paid for working 8 hours and forced to work 10-12 hours a day. Schedule is awful 24 hour operation.

Pros

The only thing that was somewhat positive working here were my co-workers. Our team got along very well which made the 9+ hour days bearable. They were also a good support source due to the fact that we (the employees) only had each other to lean on.

Cons

The customers. Terrible. They are rude, irate, and purposely talk down to you to make themselves feel better. Also, running out of cars and getting cussed out by customers and well as hitting your numbers and being block from moving up due to office politics and upper management. Furthermore, training is non-existent. I continually asked for training and would get the run around.
