Pros

Company car, Incentives and Area Manager.

Cons

Work/Life balance. Work 10 to 12 hour days 5 days a week and every other Saturday. Most HLE locations are extremely understaffed and employees are expected to perform the work of 3 employees. Company has no appreciation for what employees do for them, customers are constantly apologizing for the amount of work that is put on the employees.

Good pay, weekly pay, commission, good benefits and vacation days

Cons

The managers are one. The customers are so terrible to employees of hertz and the customers get away with it. Being spit on, cussed at and just insulted. There's levels of disrespect that it's sickening.
