Hertz reviews

Very - very disappointed in Hertz as a company. Employees constantly refer to "Hertz speed" at getting corporate help or answers on the simplest of issues. They DO NOT pay commissions on time, sometimes taking over a month after the sale is completed....even on cash sales. The "float" by Hertz, at the expense of sales people is obscene. Utterly no regard for employees, with intimidating and threatening remarks on a daily basis. I honestly had a higher regard for Hertz until I worked for them....was I ever wrong. They still owe me money and reuse to answer any communication....very negative experience.

Corp office tends to buckle down tight on spending for employees and business events like client lunches. Bonus structure is very top-driven: goals are given and do not vary between sales reps and regional management. Territory trends are rarely considered, unless there is a windfall. Sales teams tend to restructure about every 3 years or so, which can be disruptive to sales strategies.
