Management is lacking in all aspects. They are never there when needed. And when they are they will throw you under the bus to make a righteous customer feel better. Upper management is non existant. Goals are placed way out of reach. Over a year long period I was only able to make goal 3 times.

Under qualified area/operations manager has no idea what she is doing. Yells and disrespect people daily and threatens their jobs the minute they don't agree with her actions. She spends more time looking to fire the reps instead of developing their skills. More time fighting with the workers unread of helping them. Does not take into consideration that sometimes the trains will be delayed and always looking to write up a rep for being a few minutes late but wants them to stay a little late. Not a place to grow. More a dead end job.
