Pros

Nothing. Literally nothing is good about this place

Cons

Everything. Managers micro manage you, location never has cars, area managers don't do their jobs, sexual harassment, low staff.

Pros

You receive a bonus every 3rd pay period of the month only contingent upon making your sales numbers though.

Cons

Never enough cars to rent out to customers. Starting salary too low. Not enough help or resources, upper management not that reliable.

Most of the staff I've encountered are truly good people with a lot of heart. They are the ones who keep me coming back for more.

Cons

The company is in a state of turmoil and goals, directives, demands and targets are constantly changing. Often there is little or no recognition. Communication is poor.
