Decent Benefit Package, Nice Co-workers, Nice facility

Cons

Lack of communication between layers on the org chart and cross-functional teams and many vendors. Middle Management layer needs direction on leadership and ethical practices.

Good Benefits, competitive salary, Awesome Vacation time, sick leave, Really like the people I work worth.

Cons

Massive lay off due to outsourcing to IBM--Recent mass outsourcing to offshore workers. IT division almost gone.

Just another company

Pros

During my tenure with Hertz (1997 - 2014), I had the opportunity to work with an amazing group of professionals, from those out in the field doing the day to day job of servicing customers, to those in specific business areas -- marketing, fleet, legal, etc. -- the talent was exceptional.

Cons

When I left, the company was no longer the beacon of excellence it was during the earlier part of my career. Also, many colleagues decided to pursue other opportunities with the Company's relocation to SWFL so I'm not sure about the pool of talent working in the corporate office.
