Pros

The job is pretty easy and there was quite a bit of overtime available.

Cons

Low pay with little to no opportunity to make more more. Sales and Service associate and Manager Trainee make the same amount, yet the latter asks for a degree. Took away good bonus incentives. Upper management refused to hire more people even though our branch was very under staffed.

Pros

Get to drive around nice cars, meet a lot of different people, great co workers, you are part of the largest rental car company in the world

Cons

Extremely picky customers that expect way too much from a car rental company, work alone almost all the time, very difficult to multitask when working alone, clean cars, bad pay, all upper management sees are numbers and they don't treat you as a person, work at branches that are understaffed, few advancement opportunities
