In my experience I saw upper management treat subordinates like slaves and workhorses, no work/life balance, upper management doesn't talk to you --more like at you. Expect to work really long hours and be thrown under the bus. They have a way to make you feel incompetent even though you've poured so much energy into your projects. The company is so huge it feels like there are too many cooks in the kitchen and things getting lost. Things move at a snails pace.

Management send employees home with no compensation when they arrive for their scheduled shift or send them home early before their scheduled shift ends. They have little real concern for safety and take short cuts (not spending money on necessary safety supplies). They lie to people.
