Pros

- benefits are decent -driving around in a different cars

Cons

The only thing that makes me happy after two years with Hertz is I will be leaving soon. Can't stand it anymore. Wash cars in your professional clothes? no, thank you! Working from 7:30 until 6? no, thank you! Being pushy trying to sell stuff only to keep your job? Go find somebody else. The new employees who were hired 5-6 months ago already gone! They fired lots of people, good people, who knew their job just because they didn't meet their 'minimum sales standarts". Gross. I agree with every bad review below. I have to say about bodyshops the emploees are working with. They will be discriminating you, they humiliate you! But even if you tell HR about your concerns all they say will be "this is the biggest account in the area, we have to provide great customer service to their clients" That's it. Done

If your on the right team, working at heartz can be a good experince. The right team consists of people who wont through you under the bus.

Cons

Very Low Salaries. As a corporate recruiter we were instructed to try get people for as little as posible even under the expected rates.

Pros

You get to drive new cars and the work load is light and at the end of the day I was never stressed out. You also get a paycheck, but it ends up barely paying the bills because they never deliver on incentives like rewards from winning local and regional contests, bonuses from your sales are not paid out correctly if you are lucky enough to get them and they promise you monthly bonuses from the revenue that the store brings in but then never give it to you.

Cons

Horrible HR Business partners in the West Central Region Office, they give no support to their employees, even when an employee brings to their attention that they are being discriminated against by the employees at bodyshop that they work with because of their gender. Instead of fixing the problem and dealing with the discrimination they will force you to work under those conditions. When you notify them of your concerns they go from sending you letters commending you on your excellent unparalled performance to giving you a letter saying that they are letting you go based on unfounded acusations. Without even paying them the bonuses they earned in the months prior or giving them the prizes they earned from the contests they won.
