Pros

Easy to get hired because of extremely high turnover rate

Cons

Unrealistic deadlines due to management not recognizing time need to complete duties. To many layers of middle management that do not back employees. Management openly discusses employess performance to the employee's peers

Only good for benefits, not a career.

Pros

Good benefits, and that's really it. Company vehicle ad vacation.

Cons

There is no company culture. High turnover within the sales team. Hertz doesn't know what work life balance means. Very demanding job. You wear many hats, quite stressful when there is not a key focus.
