Pros

Exciting work atmosphere, professional team (mostly), customer service experience, possibility for location transfer, good rental car discounts after probationary period, competitive bonus, paid weekly.

Cons

Company leaves their counter employees high and dry as they book more reservations than they have cars. To be successful you must be pushy and annoy customers with insurance, gas, and upgrade sells. No set or promised breaks. Punishment (in my case) consists of docking your hours from 36 hours per week to 20 hours per week for several months and demotes you from CSR to driver (still wearing shirt, tie and slacks in 95 degree weather)

Worst Place to Work

Pros

I worked with a great team of people

Cons

Commission is laughable Poor Management for a new venture (VRSS Agents) The worst management I have ever experienced The Greeters at the Kiosk locations will bring you all the pre-paid reservations so your chances of selling are much lower than the counter reps Inconsistent training Mandatory overtime
