Pros
I have been given a great opportunity to work with a new division that is very exciting jand constantly challenges me. I have been given the opportunity to use my managerial skills and enroll in training classes. I feel that my superior cares about my personal growth. I have also been exposed to upper management and given the ability to ask questions. The finacial decision made were in the companies best interest and Hertz has been set up to go the long haul. We are not going anywhere! In these times I am proud to say I feel secure in my job.
Cons
I feel that myself and my colleagues deserve promotions as we have put in long, hard hours with 100% dedication. I know we are working to eliminate the red tape, but I still run into it.
