Pros

The discount's on car rentals and the discounts from Verizon and Sam's Club

Cons

I've only been working for Hertz for 4 months and I hated it ever since my second week. Never having enough cars for your reservation, a whole lot of work for such little pay.

Pros

Car Privileges Great Benefits When it is good, it is GREAT! Those days are few and far between. The opportunity to REALLY take care of a customer is THE most rewarding.

Cons

The location will not allow for personal/professional growth because the business will always come first. The company sacrifices employee morale to increase the profitability, to which location managers see none of.
