People are great assets here. There is some great minds at work, and this helps create a unique and advanced environment. Bosses are greatly understanding when it comes to work/life balance and will not question your personal time.

Cons

Unfortunately, not all commodity/BUs work the same. Your career growth within the company greatly lies with the type of group you are in and the type of boss you have. If you are lucky enough to work with a boss who is interested in helping you grow your career and train you to the right path, you will be fine, but not everyone is that lucky. There is not a great deal of communication within the organization, and sometimes things happen without the employees knowledge.

Cons

The company is undergoing a major restructuring for several years already and have done several rounds of worldwide reductions in workforce.
