      Pros

      Atmosphere is good. Work/life balance is good. There are some folks that know a lot. Possibility of working from home one or twice a week depending on how far away from office you live. Mentoring program to help newcomers.

      Cons

      Salary could be higher. It is difficult for the company letting go people when they are not good at the job.
