      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities to keep improving existing skills and also to develop new ones. Both professional and personal ones. - The organizational pyramid at Hexacta is flat, which means everyone's opinion is taken on account and very preciated. Partners work side by side with employees, and there are no personal offices. - English classes and an extra week of holidays are only 2 of the many benefits the company offers. - The neighbourhood, far away from the city centre, is very quiet too. - Push for internal processes adherence and agile methodologies.

      Cons

      - Coffee could be better. - AC is not homogeneous.
