Pros
The software development team has some of the brightest, most caring people you'll ever meet. The company culture is so diverse that other companies that are interested in diversity should see what this one is doing. My coworkers comprised of people India, Kenya, Canada, Russia, Poland, Mexico, just to name a few. Their strength lies within that diversity and the belief and value in the products we worked on.
Cons
At the end of my time there. There were management issues. Project cancellations with little to no notice. Seemingly random lay offs that reduce employee morale. To be fair this was a company that merged into a bigger one, so given enough time I imagine this will eventually work itself out.
