Rekaxed work environment. Small office feels like working with close friends. Job isn't too demanding, mining and software knowledge helps a lot allowing you to get better understanding of the software.

Cons

Not too much room for growth and personal development. Learning curve is a but hard if you have no mining experience.

Pros

Great group of people, making it easy to come in most days. Lots of networking opportunities, you will meet people form all over the industry. Good internal training on products.

Cons

Weak benefits that have been cut and cut and cut again. No career paths. Lots of favorites and "yes" men. Performance reviews are a joke. Products are seriously lacking in QA/QC.
