Pros

The paycheck is decent for living in Tucson, the people in the trenches (not lower mgmt, middle mgmt, middle upper mgmt, upper mgmt, or upper upper mgmt...the people that actually do the work) are good people.

Cons

Too many managers and they seem to be adding more and more layers. No bonuses or even minimal raises, which they blame it on a faltering industry. Almost no path for career development, I was hired as a geologist/engineer and have told by management that I am no longer an engineer that I am a tech support rep from now on. The work environment is soul sapping

Used to be great. Not so much now.

Cons

Would not recommend anyone working here. Layoffs have begun. No annual raises. Benefits are being slashed. They blame it on the market, but it is the leadership team.
