You're not gonna get any environment anywhere where you'll get this learning curve.

Cons

The only cons is that they believe in learning, No project management is taken seriously & engineers are exploited like hell except some exceptions. Although higher authorities wanna change it but I don't think until they change the internal environment of the company to get transparency among the engineers who work day & night just to meet the Deadline. They also cheat the employees while providing promotions.

Pros

You get to know different and latest tech-stacks being used, along with many interesting projects that Hexaware leads, especially in full-stack development, showcasing expertise in front-end frameworks, back-end technologies, APIs, and modern DevOps practices for end-to-end solutions.

Cons

Bench policy is poor. You will be asked to give resignation if you spend more than 2 months. I dont think its a major thing to consier as con, but if there is no project as such that fits your tech-stack, you might end up taking harsh decisions.
