They pay on time, although it's not worth

Cons

HR supports PM and both destroy any motivation employee has to work, they have time to conduct stupid events but not to actually do something useful for the employees. Micromanagement from so-called top management spoils productivity and they are not going to change anytime soon so please run for your lives when you can. They are exploiting juniors currently.

The work culture is good and the team supports each other when there is difficulty, manager understands us and keeps appreciating

Cons

Personally I don't have any downside of company but according to seniors the increment is low
