Pros

They have pathetic staff. Especially the HR staff very unprofessional . His name is SurendraN . They are agents of TCS via selling the secrets of the clients. I cannot believe how come big companies of usa are giving them projects.

Cons

Its a really a pathetic company. They told me help us bring our people from INDIA to USA. Else we will see how you will get a job.

Bumpy exit for onsite employees

Pros

Benefits and setting with management people will fetch everything for you.

Cons

No matter what you do they will spoil the relationship at exit for onsite people they expect to serve 1 month onsite notice period then go to India and serve three more months notice. Is it legal for an H1?
