      Pros

      The admin and hr team, though small, are the most efficient. The gym is great too.

      Cons

      Conservative, strictly hierarchical,no scope for growth,no onsite opportunities, no structure, poor pay, bad hikes,managers with too much leeway.

      Culture and values are greatly followed at Hexaware, technical trainings and knowledge transfer sessions are a great help for the freshers, fun outings

      Cons

      Switching projects is a pain, no work-life balance, limited members in my project (TPF) which led to limited knowledge of the technology
