      I have exactly receving payment time to time and the atmosphere of firm was very positive

      yearly increments very very less its the main fact i do some more jobs by home and utilise the time for that after i leave from office

      International clients,increasing manpower,expanding clients,culture,new opportunities in different areas like audit. Internal job posting is helpful for the lower level employees i.e., executives

      Cons

      Nothing to learn,politics among the senior and top management.They don't strive to bring about changes.Lower level employees are paid meagerly even though they have been working for past 6 to 7 years.Annual package revision is not much.People do not want to increase their knowledge.
