      This was my first company. The UK process which I worked for was good.

      Cons

      Poor salary. Stinginess in cab issues. They would tell you to leave any time stating they can't pay you as your salary is more. Then they would hire a bunch of freshers who would do the same work for meagre wages. No fun activities. Too much Work place politics .
