      Pros

      Good environment to work. Like in any IT services firm the experience will vary basis which project team you work in, however generally they offer good work-life balance and all the facilities one needs to perform. Options in salary structure for tax saving.

      Cons

      With focus changing to long running application and infra maintenance projects, there are fewer opportunities in implementation and transformation - so this is a downside if you're looking at functional roles

      I was good company before the new CEO, but now it's very bad,Poor Management, Very low increments, less opportunity , they are trying to change so many things without looking employees prospective
