      No opportunities for new joiners.Technical staff has no value.Everyone is a manager here.

      They let people leave the organization quickly - if the employee gets another job in hand.

      Cons

      New joiners at all levels have very few or no opportunities. One wonders why they are hiring if there are no projects available.Most people at VP or SVP level are outdated on everything in technology and ruling with an iron fist.
