Typical pathetic BPO culture, one of the worst employer to work

- Friendly environment - Food served at lower rates in canteen
Cons
- Extremely poor management, they do not follow the policies themselves - Great career opportunities here for only those who can sell themselves by maybe doing nothing but showing off exorbitantly about it, those who stay here all night long - (actually only for long breaks and phone chats that probably cannot be done in presence of family) - Non-supportive human resources team - Absolutely no trust in employees who are genuinely focused on their work - Delayed or no reward and recognitions to deserving employees - Management does not care even a bit about employees - There are hundreds of employees who are working here since more than 7-8 years and trust me they are doing so because they have been rendered unemployable and their market value is zero in today's date
