      it was nice to be in hexaware for 3 months training and got appointed in testing as the testing software engineer trainee

      Cons

      a bond of 1lak for 3 yrs you have to pay if u leave company before 3 yrs from date of appointment

      You will get an opportunity to learn new things, leadership skills, time management skills

      Cons

      Stretchable working hours more than 10 hours/day, saturdays & sundays working, most of the peoples cant able to find difference between pre- increment salary & post increment salary. Appraisal amount will be very less.
