      The interview is fairly quick, only one round of phone interview

      Cons

      Very bad management of its contractors. They sent people on-site to monitor the actual projects but in fact achieves nothing but wastes the contractor's time with the unnecessary meet-ups.

      Spend more than 3 years in this company. Failed to find any good point about this company.

      Cons

      The list is endless.... This complany is only for bootlickers and those who can sit endlessly in office. Talent doesn't matters. What matters most is the numbers of hours you can spent in th office. HR is a show piece model. They have no control nor have any powers in hands to bring about even a smallest of change. Worst office politics. Onsite opportunities and promotions only for those who spend hours hovering around their bosses. Mgmt has only one universal solution to all problems...Sit late night and work on weekends full day without any extra compensation!
