      Pros

      If you want to take, lots of opportunities. Good work. Good appreciation to your work. Cooperative people.

      Cons

      No onsite for freshers. Many local client than international. Appraisal not on time. 3 years of bond for freshers. Consider all freshers to same level irrespective to individual performance during appraisal.

      - Encouraging managers. - Good growth opportunities who joins as freshers. - Well balance in teams with share of opportunities. - looking forward some radical changes in policies and cust hunting with new CEO in place. - Good campus with all facilities inside.

      Cons

      - Never tries to retain talent. - hexaware good at groom freshers and better at leaving them out once they are ready to prove themselves. - Improper performance cycles and lacks transparency. - Bad finance & HR teams spoiling employee and employer relationship.

      Work-life is good,personal growth is average unless we get ourselves certified, Many opportunities to get trained in different aspects of career growth

      Cons

      Benifits are average, need to tag nine and quarter hours per day.Promotion will be dependent on manager and the projects revenue
