      Best environment to learn. Freshers will get a lot responsibilities, so that they can learn a lot. Good hike rate. Good salary offers for laterals.

      Bad quality in the delivery. No stipend or salary during freshers training period. 3 years bond for freshers

      Pros

      Hexaware is an unsung IT services company with great people. There is a lot of flexibility that the company gives to employees to work, learn and grow. Hexaware is very strong in certain areas of IT services business, HCM, Campus Management etc. The new management has great drive to dream and make a great Hexaware.

      Cons

      Haven't seen cons as yet, however they have to focus on the niches where they are strong rather than trying to emulate a TCS.
