      Ego problems with managers. They feel that they are doing big business and will talk only big things won't act and understand present situation and react accordingly. Lack of knowledge and pathetic communication skills for managers. Won't stand strong with team or motivate them. They will only work for hiding their A** and play politics

      Good Fun events are organized Onsite opportunity due to smaller team size, even for fresh joiniees sometimes

      Cons

      HR Policies certainly need improvement(specially about Leaves on festivals, Sick leaves etc) Salary for freshers is low Always news of company on sale is going on in market(breaks morale)
