      A good platform to begin & learn , lot of onsite opportunities, good work culture, client exposure

      Low salary, appraisals not given on time, usually delayed, very few leaves

      Pros

      The only pro is being with a client on-site just for the flat allowance, is enough to rent a place and live fine.

      Cons

      The paid in Mexican pesos is really poor, they don't care about you. They remove benefits every time they can. After one year working here, they will raise my salary with 2%, sucks. There is no opportunity to grow. The management doesn't care about nothing except to be there for the client, even tough if you have to work 12 hours per day.
