Good to start your career with,lots of learning if you are fresher and working on niche technologies like Peoplesoft.
Cons
Worst employee policies i have ever seen,only 6 public holidays in a year, long working hours,regularly work on weekends, no work life balance at all. Management is lunatic,doesn't care for employees personal life.No comp offs if you come on weekends, no monetary benefit either. Lots of politics.Do not join if you are married,join surely if you want a divorce :P, they will make sure you get it.
