      Good place to work. Short term onsite opportunities. Good leaders. Lot of projects but for the same customer. Good work life balance

      Salary is pretty low for the freshers. Strict timings. Bad leave policy

      Pros

      facilities like gym, shuttle court, cafetaria, ice cream parlour, atm. Nice work environment. Can improve your skill & career in right project and Fun events happens always. You can learn a Lot , company provides many free training and learning portal. 5 star to this.

      Cons

      some project requires night stay, & will require to come in saturday and sunday | and if you are not lucky you might endup in useless project - can't improve your skill & career. For promotion you have to comlete internal certifications.

      Nice Environment, Host Extra-curricular activities/events, Good canteen, good location,. Well that's it. I don't find any other pros.

      Appraisals not on time and adequate as compare to competitors Favour ism is also evident among the mangers Few things are not transparent
