Pros
Onsite opportunities are great if you are skilled specially for USA. Lot of body shopping Good in Mainframes, Peoplesoft, .Net and Oracle. BFSI, Airlines and New technology DU are good. Very Process Oriented and Client Driven Most of the employees have come up with lot of hard work and performers are really very competitive compared to others in the industry.

Company pays the market or above market rate while hiring or might even give joining bonus but next 2-3 years don't expect much if you are at offshore even if you perform good. At the max you can bargain for onsite. You have to put up with a lot of Politics
