Being a mid sized company one can easily make a mark for him/her. can get onsite chance quite early.

Cons

Clients are not so big, hence the projects can't be compared with the giants of the IT field. If u are lucky then can get a good project.

It is a good company. It has more employees who all are completed more than 5 years.

Cons

Salary, Promotions and onsite opportunities. More members are stayed more than 6 years with good skill sets. But they are getting less salaray than new comers who have less years of experience. It is not encouraging existing long term employees.
