I joined Hexaware on 25th November 2025 as a Java Full Stack Developer with 5 years of experience. However, after joining, I was not allocated to any project. Despite multiple follow-ups through emails and messages to the competency team, there was no proper response. I was informed that there were no projects matching our skills and experience. If that is the case, it is unclear why the company continues aggressive hiring without sufficient project availability. After around 60 days on the bench, there was pressure from HR regarding continuation, which created job insecurity and stress *I do not recommend this company, especially for experienced professionals expecting timely project allocation. *Lack of proper project planning *Poor communication from competency/team management *Job insecurity due to bench policy
