Free Training, nothing else to say.

Cons

People are toxic. HR are toxic and incompetent. No online clearance signing. No clear guidelines once you resign. No exit guide.

Flexible hours, hybrid working (1-2 times in the office), changing projects quite often

Cons

A lot of changes in a short period of time, salary increases are a joke, or they don't exist. Higher management doesn't really care. Lot of projects in mixed teams from different timezones, where the managers tend to micro manage everyone. No benefits as of recently.

GMI (group medical insurance) plans needs to be changed. If you offer without co pay that would be good.
