Pros

Decent benefits, work from home(maybe).

Cons

1.They will try to brainwash you with socialist ideaology during trainning. 2.Zero work life balance. 3.They pay you, they own all your time, your emotions, and personality or what ever made up who your are. They will want to to micromanagent HOW TO ACT AND TREAT PEOPLE! 4.24/7 on call even if you are making minimum wage. 5.This company has so much confindence in it's management skill that they can't/won't take any criticism or advice from any entity. 6.They often don't do what they say. 7.Every co-worker is misable in some way which is depressing 8.Why do they use a managmet team from China insteading of hiring local talent? The culture gap is so enormous, and it's made wrost via deinal of all the issue on hand. 9.Trust me there's more lol.

Unprofessional and awful job.

Pros

I barley can say something positive. -Flexible schedule

Cons

-Bad management and lack of communication. -Chinese workers are treated better than non-Chinese. -The training is quite poor and hardly teaches you if you are not Chinese despite how much you want to learn. -To be a multitasking job, the tasks are only switched between Chinese. -They will force you to go for lunch 2-3 hours after you start your shift, which is the only break you have, so if your shift is 11-8pm you’ll be working until the end of your shift. -Most of the time you’ll do the awful job. -You don’t have shifts to work on some weeks. -Poor hygiene.

Toxic Work Place

Pros

- Not much I can really say - Sometimes get a free drink

Cons

- Toxic employees - Management team clearly prioritizes those who are Chinese - Employees power tripping and threatening others security of job - Barely receive any training as a Part-Time yet get blamed for everything that goes south due to lack of knowledge - Think they can get by California health code standards just because something is part of their "policy"... news flash, not every reusable cup is necessarily safe to bring back behind the counter
