Pros

- Friendly colleagues, good work environment

Cons

- Salary is too low for the amount of work and customers you have to serve everyday - Not enough manpower during peak hours as well

- Colleagues were extremely friendly - Had free drinks - Job was fun during weekdays

Cons

- Extremely tiring especially since I was working at the MBS branch, the queue could be never ending and you had to always OT and stay longer after standing the whole day (bc they were v understaffed) - Everything was in mandarin, was okay for me but I did struggle quite a bit
