Pros

Flexible hours, not micromanaged, promotes within, good people to work with, close commute. Open door policy is true, CEO is right there and most of the time will talk with you about work related topics with no meeting required. Many employee appreciation events held within a year.

Cons

Performance based raises don't have much weight. The motto if it isn't broke don't fix it, well this should be true to a degree but when your using old systems that were introduced since the beginning of computers... it's time to adapt to current times.

Pros

Strong back up by the headquarter in Japan. Friendly workers and healthy company.

Cons

Leadership lacks vision and new challenge. Boring if you look for R&D.
